Just got my Argentine Rainbow Boa and joined the forum so wanted to say hi to everyone.
He is a one year old male, very good natured and relaxed to handle and is absolutely gorgeous!!
Been very active already, having a good old climb about and exploring his new home! Also had a few UNDERWATER! swims in his bowl!!(Didnt know they did that and is great to watch!!)
Already have corn snakes but this is my first Boa so have already read lots of excellent advice on here and sure will pick up lots more in the future.
Will post up some pics asap when he's had a few days to settle in his new home.

Hi Beachtone, and welcome to the forum!

The underwater antics are normal, especially when the snake is excited and energized. They'll poke about in the bowl and sometime blow bubbles. ;-) It's all perfectly fine.

Looking forward to your picts!
