Offered Rio and Luna their rat pups on Wednesday and they refused again they only eat when they're hungry, not whenever food is offered (like Vin the corn), will it do them any harm to be missing weeks? Rio's nearly 6 months and Luna's 4 months old.

Weighed them today, since they're refusing I want a weight check regularly, Rio's 80g and Luna is 65g.

Any advice appreciated

I agree with Todd. So long as they do eat, the occasional (or even alternating) skipped meal is nothing to worry about.

Snakes don't use calendars because they have such a hard time picking-up a pen to write things on them like 'Feed me on this day', so don't worry about it too much. As you say, they more often eat when they're hungry, and it can take younger snakes a while to catch-on to what food *really* does for them. I'm a firm believer that they'll eat when they're ready, but not everyone subscribes to that idea
