Posted - 26/01/2013 : 17:42:22 How long should it take for a BRB about 1 year old to be active after a feed? She is currently on Large Mice. We fed her Monday evening, it is now Saturday evening and we haven't seen her since??? She does this after every feed and never comes out unless we actually get her out of the hide. Am I being over paranoid??? |

Posted - 30/01/2013 : 21:00:17 Once a week is fine for now, Dee. (Unless she starts looking overweight.) Sometime over the next six months you may want to scale that back to every other week, though. All of mine are on every other week by age 18 months. |

Posted - 30/01/2013 : 18:12:43 She's been really active now the past 2 days!! We fed her last Monday and since yesterday has been really active. Should we wait longer between feeds, maybe ten days or should we stick to feeding her once a week? |

Posted - 28/01/2013 : 21:13:54 Thanks for that Cliff! Still learning about her really! She seems happy enough anyway. My partners up throughout the night all the time and he always peeks in but never sees her! As long as its ok to get her out 3days after then that will suffice!! Would hate to stress her out or anything! Think I'm a bit overprotective!!! :D Maybe she's too comfy and warm in her hide!!! Thanks again Cliff :) x |

After that, you will catch them sneaking about if you time it right: dusk, night, and dawn. Or, going the manual route, you should be safe interrupting her after three days. |
