Substrate should be quite damp/slightly wet to the touch but no standing water. Should it be uniform all over at both ends, or should there be a dry area too?
If I have plants, which will help with my humidity, repot them in coco fibre and fine orchid bar, but what plants are good please bearing in mind there is no uv light in this viv.

I would have a dry area too, probably on the cold end.
Pothos is a great choice for a rainbow's tank. |
