my boas skin has a gritty texture is this a humidity problem? or just part of the shed, cause it has never been like this before.

try covering part of the mesh top, although having some ventilation and fresh air is still essential.

hes shedding now and the humidity is hard to keep up on cause of my sceen lid. but i think the problem is gone cause of his recent shed.

when did he last shed and was it complete?
what are your temps/humidity and set up like?
