Posted - 22/06/2011 : 22:35:51 Well I've agreed a sale by phone on a CB 2011 5 month old female BRB, going down to collect tomorrow!
She comes with her little house, so the heat mat & stat will be set-up here ready to rest her home down, extra bedding (orchid bark) on hand, although she's on kitchen roll currently, and appropriate prey items in the freezer.
I think I'll be moving her up into a bigger RUB before to long, but I can fiddle with her new set-up to get it to my satisfaction while she's happy in the one she's used to. |

Posted - 23/06/2011 : 18:44:54 Well, that's the 550 mile round trip over! MY OH spoils me rotten! My little girl is now home Leaving her well alone for a bit as a 4hr journey probably wasn't her idea of fun!
The picture I received showed that she was beautiful, but I was stunned by her colouring when I collected her! So friendly to! She was born on 28/02/11, her picture is actually in the classifieds but I'll try and get one in the pics section, she came from St. Neots way.
Got to see both parents and 3 siblings, and held her father, who was a beautiful high red! Stunning babies, hats off to Lee for such a gorgeous litter of brbs!
Prepping a 12 ltr RUB tomorrow, but leaving her in the house she came in for now, its been a bit much excitement today, then will be leaving her alone for the settling period, god it'll be hard!
Chuffed to bits over here |

Posted - 23/06/2011 : 02:18:14 Welcome to the rainbow club.
Gorgeous, beautiful, lovely snakes they are. I love boas generally now, and am picking up a couple of hypo hogg islands on Saturday which I am really excited about. The baron is currently a bit grumpy coz he's in blue, so I'm leaving him in peace until he's finished shedding.
Congrats on your new addition and bet you can't wait until he's settled in! |
