So my brazilian Haze went from 772g on jan 28th to 1066gs on april 14th. he has been eating every other week. Is this a normal jump? Am I just being paranoid or is he putting on too much weight?

There could have been some residual weight from a rat he ate when I weighed him most recently, but it wouldn't have been much.

Actually seems normal to me. While my sample size is low for that age, of the data I do have, around the time Brazilians hit two years of age they will pack on 290-ish grams in three short months. Males are on semi-weekly food by then, though females are still weekly.

is nice hes getting bigger but seems like quite a jump for 300g in 3 months especially if only feeding every other week. When are you weighing him and is this the empty weight.

Have to check at home, will advise. How old was he at this jump?
