Hey everyone! Just a quick thought, has anyone noticed any signs of a shed cycle beginning before the "blue" begins? I've noticed that Jade's skin goes a tad mottled and wrinkly around bends.. Which means that she's due a shed in the next week, which is AWESOME cos then she's bright and colourful for christmas!!!

You may also find them spending a great deal more time in their water dish than usual (by this I mean...all the time in their dish, lol!). Right before Marius turns blue he spends a couple of days in his water dish and doesn't come out at all.

In addition, the belly of the Brazilian will often turn a light pink, particularly in older animals. They may also refuse food.
