how do u no if ur female crb or brb has ovulated????? do u still feed while gravid also do you still hold your females while still gravid??? not planning on breeding yet as need to seek advice from some people. cheers all

Most breeders run a short cooling session, after which they introduce the snakes. I've heard, however, that it may not be essential to the process.

Ovulation is really hard to catch, Cornboy. Unless you physically *see* it, you may never know it happened.

I offer food while gravid, but the females do not always take it.

I try and limit handling of gravid females as much as I can, especially if the snake is squirmy. No sense risking damage to the young.
