I thought I'd share some images of a rarity which I was spending time with last night. You don't get to see these much at all in private collections, so being asked to go and check it's health was not something I was going to say No to.

I present to you the coveted Boa manditra (Madagascar Tree Boa). Enjoy :)

absolutely gorgeous! these are on my wish list as i love Madagascan species

in the UK they usually go by the name Sanzinia madagascariensis

Dumerils boas, BCO hybrids, Sinder hypo boas, ratsnakes, cornsnakes, Day geckos

They go by S. madagascariensis here too and it's actually a more common classification, but it was early and I was still fuzzy, lol. Either way, it was sure a pleasure to handle and work with :)

wishlist: Arizona mountain kingsnake. Tricoloured, western hognose, Thayers kingsnake...pretty much MOAR kingsnakes
