Have they shed yet? If they have, you could try mouse fuzzies, that's the perfect size item for newborns. Just toss them in near their head and check back tomorrow.
Let us know what you've tried so far that's been unsuccessful. Your post didn't give any details of what you have tried, how they're housed, etc.

Charlie, details on your viv conditions would be helpful. So long as the temp and humidity are good, and they have a hiding place, feeding should come naturally to most of them by four weeks of age.
As Joe noted, mice hold special appeal for baby Brazilians, and will get them feeding faster than anything else. Small live mouse hoppers, in particular, seem to be like crack candy to baby Brazilians -- however, as with any live feeding, be sure to keep a *careful* eye on the situation.
That said, four weeks is not long enough to panic. There are well-regarded breeders who have had babies go for eight or nine weeks without a meal, with no ill effects other than not gropwing at all.

i have had a bay brazillian for about year was good until 6 months ago wouldn't eat then he ate after 3 months and now wont eat again ? humidity and temp is good as have thermostat and also keep humidity to high level looks poor but seems active?

Chani, the more information you give us, the better we can help!
If you share your vic temps and humidity, for example, we can spot any irregularities.
Is he/she in a high traffic area? Subject to bright light?
How much does he/she weigh?
What does/did he/she eat, and how often?
Most important of all, what might have changed in her/his life that might have bothered him/her?
