I've had my male CRB for nearly a couple of months now, and he was approx 2 months when i got him, but i've not managed to get him 2 eat at all, and im starting to get worried, he shed a few days ago, now 24 inches long, and still looks healthy and active. Tried feeding him again last night but no joy still.
So far i've tried, feeding him pinkies, rat pup, and mice fluffs, i've tried braining them, scenting, leaving them in over night, and putting him into a small dark container over night, but still no joy. Temps are ranging from 86*F to low 70*f

I'm not to sure what to try next, as i don't want to assist or force feed, and make matters worse. any help would be greatly appreciated

Are you trying live or dead food? It might take a couple of small live mice offerings to get it eating, but they're usually no problem to switch to dead after a few meals get into their bellies and they start to understand what food does for them.

Yea, I would feed him some live to get him going, it's really hard even for babies to resist a hunt :) I know you said freshly brained, etc., but have you tossed a live mouse fuzzie in? We feed fuzzies after 1st shed on newborns. At 4 months he should have eaten a few times already, but the fact he shed and looks good is a good sign. Good luck!
