Hello one and all!

This one may be directed to those of you with glasses perhaps, or have managed to solve this problem yourselves...

I've just got Jade a new Glass Vivarium (Full size Exo-Terra, pics to follow shortly!) and it looks fab. Got it set up and working, and have the canopy with 4x Night Glo lamps, which she can't see, so I get to watch her

Only problem is, I can't watch her, because with the humidity being 92% currently, the glass has completely misted up. I've covered most of the top mesh in clingfilm, that's how it's keeping humidity so well.

My question is: has anyone got any suggestions when it comes to anti-fog coatings, plastic vinyl or sprays? I'd need to avoid anything potentially toxic obviously. Has anyone ever found any useful solution? Can you get sprays that coat the glass and prevent the condensation building up? Something I wouldn't have to apply daily would be a bonus..

I've gone to a whole lot of effort to give her a happy home, and she's a beautiful animal, but she needs to be shown off!!

not 100% sure if this is repsafe, not even 1% sure its repsafe, but may be worth looking into further.

Take a few drops of washing up liquid and smear it over the glass, let it dry and then buff with a cloth.

As I said not 100% sure if its repsafe, but worked a treat on my motorcycle helmets lol

Install windshield wipers? ;-)

More seriously, the fog is driven by a difference between the temp inside the viv and outside the viv. Several of my vivs do the same thing after every spray session, and it goes away within a day or so. A blast of warm air should clear it right up, just like it does for the car window.

Looking forward to the picts!!!!
