Like the subject said. How much do hatchling brbs change colour before they reach adulthood?

Is it possible to tell from the hatchling whether they will be a bright adult or is it just an educated guess based on parents etc?

It varies by snake, Moppet. But the best answer is "potentially a lot." Some go up, some stay the same, and a few go down. I never make a final call on color until the animals hit the 18- to 30- month window. Until then, related snakes are the best yardstick to measure by. Good luck!

Thanks for that I'll be bothering the sellers of baby brbs for parent pictures then haha. I love the red ones, they are just so amazing looking but I think it would be cool to be able to watch a baby grow up rather than buying an almost 3 year old snake.

I feel that babies are always a better investment, unless an adult has a compelling story behind it or is a knockout. Good luck with the phot requests -- very few dealers have or share them, which will be a good hint to you as to whom to buy from!
