Just thought I'd share some particularly graphic news with everyone.. I just fed Jade a mouse as a reward for shedding so well last night, and she took it with such ferocity that she split the mouse open where she bit it while she was constricting.. Unfortunately I caught this horrible moment on film, but thought it would be far to graphic to post on here. I may take a still shot of the film though if anyone thinks they can stomach it!!

With enthusiatic feeders that can certainly happen. Lancelot, one of my 2009 acquisitions, once took a rat so eagerly he ripped it in half. (I had to re-offer the other half, lol...talk about "playing with your food".....) ;-)
