Jeeeeesus it's -8C here in Loughborough.. Really struggling to keep Vivariums on the healthy side of 28C, I've got everything on full blast and it's 25C!!
I'm going to resort to sticking a hairdryer in there in a minute... |

Good news I think my room just had a cold spell as they're all fine on temps now. If they dropped for 3C for half a day it doesn't matter "TOO" mught right?? |

How far did the air temp go down, and was the heating element in the warm spot providing a higher value throughout? |

My main sensor is at floor level next to one of her hides, so I'm not sure what a 3C drop in this temp would translate to in ambient.. However I do have an infrared spot providing a basking spot which WOULD have been a good deal warmer as this doesnt shine onto the sensor directly.. so if she felt a little chilly she had heat available. The heatmat area is also free for her to burrow under if she so wishes! |

I'm sure she'll be fine then!
We're actually getting some low temps out here in Los Angeles, we had a few days below 40 degrees outside. I'm taking advantage of it to help with cooling -- hopefully it'll put my adults in the mood! ;-) |
