| What is this 10% warning level I have got next to my name , what does it do and how did it get there , and is it because I mistakenly though another members post was spam ? |

its a warning level, means you have done something bad. so yes prob is from the spam mistake
if you get 100% you get banned |

not always, depends how bad you have been, if you have been really naughty you can get 50% warnings, and sometimes people get 90% warnings, just depends on the thing you did |

| if you mean how do you loose the warning, it goes within a certain amount of time if you are good, think its something like 6 weeks |

While I'm not in any way trying to second guess the process or put our dedicated moderators on the spot, might I suggest a new "stickied" thread that discloses the warning level process, and how it moves up and down with examples?
I would hope the "good" list would include not only time, but also extra effort on the behalf of the forum, such as the species/subspecies list Ash compiled (a lot of work went into that, even if it was not the most recent info) or the picture contest he's working on. Not that these should excuse infractions, but hopefully could shorten the length of any warning period.

The warning levels are normally for a fixed time, so when they're set they don't normally change.
As it stands I would've thought you would have had an email or similar through telling you why the warning was issued and the timescale for it.
It may be worth checking your spam email folder as well, just in case it's gone in there. |

Just checked emails and spam/junk folder no emails from here or admins. |

Don't worry Hyper- 10% won't get you banned. It's just a slap on the wrist really..........(these mods are getting soft mi'thinks - Kazerella the destroyer wouldn't have given such a feeble punishment  )
You should have got an email, but if not I'll find out the expiry date for you and let you know via email  |
