The reason i ask is that i have grape vines growing in my garden and they are flexible and make great vines i can prepair one and make it safe for my boa's but don't want to take the risk if the wood is poisonous for my boa's.

I have tried looking at few other sites regarding grape vine but can't find any information to say it's safe.

Could i get this wood tested at my local herp vet to know it's safe ?

is a good question, But would suggest if you cant find any answers on it don't use it just incase. Dont think a vet would test the wood to see if its safe.

I have been researching for a few hours now on the Grape vine and have some good news it is safe if treated and Surreypetsupplies sell Grape Vines but seems expensive so i think i have saved my self a bargin .

http://www.surreypetsupplies.co.uk/search.php?mode=search&page=1 As you can see they sell it.

Edit : Forgot to add link.
