back to topic im with snake sitters origional post. to be honest i cant see there is much to gain from it anyway. IMO youd be better off just finding 2 great specimens of the same species and breeding them. its just all round safer apart from anything else. |

Hi Cliff , My pair are doing fantasic especially Mayhem no thanks to you !! , Mayhem shed this morning and is looking all brand new again ahha and hes defo getting bigger by each feed I messured him today with tape messure and hes 2.4ft and i also weighed him hes come in at 125g I am very happy for him hes done so well once again thanks to you.
Bow is doing fantasic also she ate two medium mice 5 days ago as one was not leaving a bump so thought i would offer her two, She has pooed and i weighed her today and she is coming in at 145g she is pounding the grams on with ease I also messured her and she was 2.7ft she is slightly bigger then Mayhem and has few more grams then him but thats understandable as she is female and has 7 more feeds then him but i can honestly say Mayhem is doing good hes catching up to his sister and one day when old enough they are going to be a great breeding pair. |

You are correct, the Brazilian morph market is still very young. In fact, most of the advertised "morphs" for the species are not really morphs at all, just specific pattern or color line breedings. That said, there are confirmed hypo, anery, and ghost (as of this very year) morphs, and...well...rumors...of other interesting stuff. A cross-breeding with another ssp. or sp., however, wouldn't really be a morph. |

just pondering on what you would get if you crossed say a crb with a a high orange/red or even a hypo brb really.so many other species of snake are bread for new morphs but there doesnt seem to be that many in rainbow boas and there is very little information on these subjects. |
